- Monitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate a DVA if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, in compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
- Funds transferred to the DVA are subject to processing times determined by the banking networks and our partners.
- Monitra is not liable for delays caused by incorrect routing information provided by the sender or systemic banking network issues.
